The Committee Room measures 7m by 6m and is an ideal size in which to set up a bar (subject to a licence being obtained). You can either hire all or part of the ground floor. Tables and chairs are supplied and available for use.
In accordance with current legislation, the hall operates a NO SMOKING policy and the building is fitted with both a security alarm and a sophisticated fire alarm system.

Wheelchair access to the main entrance and all ground floor areas
An area of parking by the side of the hall
Security and fire alarm systems
The maximum number of persons to be admitted to the Hall, including staff, hirers and invitees should not exceed the following:
Seated – 40 persons.
For functions using the Main Hall and Committee Room – 120 persons.
Wedding Receptions/parties - most hirers use both the Main Hall and the Committee Rooms. The smaller room is usually used for serving food, or as a bar area, keeping it away from the Main Hall. Glasses are not supplied. However, it's up to you whether or not you hire just the Main Hall or both rooms.
