To request a booking please note the following then follow the instructions below.
The Hall cannot be hired by anyone under 21 years of age, for regulations concerning alcohol please see our terms and conditions. If you are a hirer of parties for persons under 21 years please read the terms and conditions carefully.
Please download a copy of our Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Notice. Terms and Conditions are legally binding so keep a copy for your records and read through the sections before continuing. When you request a booking you will be asked to confirm you have read and accepted them. Please also check our Hire Rates. If you are a commercial or regular hirer please contact us to discuss your requirements and make a booking. Please note that regular weekday hirings are not always shown more than a term in advance.
We use a service called Hallmaster to show room availability and to send us your booking request, please supply all the information required. You may also wish to download a copy of their User Guide and their Privacy Notice.
To make a request: Please read the following first and then open the Hallmaster bookings calendar below, click on the + symbol shown for the day and follow instructions. Data Protection legislation requires you to register first and then log in.

Complete the booking request form with date, start and finish times (please allow 30 minutes between bookings), rooms required and any other special requests, or insurance for a Hog Roast.

The time you book should include time to set and clear away. Licensed use of the Hall must finish by 11:30pm.

To book the whole hall tick Main Hall and Committee Room.

Mark your booking request as “Private” if you don't want your contact details shown on the calendar.

Your booking request will be sent to us and you will receive an email confirmation from Hallmaster.

We will then contact you in due course by email, enclosing a Hire Agreement.

To confirm your booking, pay both the Hire Fee shown on the Hire Agreement and £50 Damage Deposit within 14 days.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.

Your booking will be shown as “Provisional” until payment is received when we will confirm your booking.
Provision of alcohol without charge is permitted, however, if you wish to sell alcohol you will need to apply to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council for a Temporary Events Notice (TENs) and provide us with a copy of the Notice.
If the day and times you want are shown as “Provisional” it means the person making the request hasn’t paid and may cancel, so please contact us.
